The following purchase policies constitute an agreement between The Destiny Brown Co LLC (“Company”), and you that governs your purchase of the following downloadable digital products (“Digital Products”) on this website.
PURCHASE AND ACCESS
When you purchase any of our Digital Products, you will receive immediate access to the Digital Products at the time your purchase is completed. All purchases of Digital Products are paid in full at the time of purchase.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not available for Digital Products.
LICENSE TO USE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All Digital Products, including any content contained within the Digital Products, available for sale on the Websites were developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or the personal or commercial use of others without permission from the Company.
This means that you, as the purchaser, are permitted to use the content you purchased, including using it within your business. However, you may not share this content with any third party. Additionally, you may not reproduce or resell the information to any third parties.
TEMPLATES
When you purchase certain Digital Products, you will receive access to contract templates from Businessese. These templates are offered for sale through Company’s reseller license with Businessese. All contract templates are based on Canadian & Jamaican law and are for informational purposes only.
You may customize and use these templates with your clients, but you may not share the template with any other third parties, except for your lawyer.
Purchase Policy for Physical Products
IMPORTANT
◾We DO NOT send proofs. Please check all photos for visualization.
◾We DO NOT accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES due to products being customized. No refunds will be issued unless there is an error on “Ojuani Gray Apparel” Shop’s part.

The custom printed shirt comes true to size. Please see the Size Chart in the pictures before placing the order.
